HOW’S IT STEEP?
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water. Heat water to 175–185°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes.
Keeping the temperature moderate preserves the green tea’s smoothness while allowing the bergamot and dandelion root to shine.

Expect a steady lift that supports alertness without the intensity of high-caffeine black teas or coffee. The green tea base provides clean energy, while dandelion root adds body without additional caffeine.

ICED TEA & COLD STEEPING
For iced tea: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz hot water for 2–3 minutes. Pour over ice.
For cold steep: Add ½ ounce of tea (about 4 tablespoons) per 64 ounces of cold water. Refrigerate 8-12 hours.
The citrus stays bright while the dandelion root adds subtle depth, making this a crisp but substantial iced option.
