HOW’S IT STEEP?
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water. Heat water to 180–185°F. Steep for 2–4 minutes.
Brews to a soft pale green cup with a clean, lightly floral aroma.
Avoid boiling water to preserve its delicate structure.

ICED TEA & COLD STEEPING
For iced tea: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz hot water for 2–4 minutes. Pour over ice.
For cold steep: Add ½ ounce of tea (about 4 tablespoons) per 64 ounces of cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours.
Cold steeping enhances its natural sweetness and soft floral finish.
