Dream Come Blue pairs butterfly blue pea flower and lavender with four traditional sleep-support herbs: passionflower, tulsi, skullcap, and valerian root. This isn’t a light “wind-down” tea. It’s structured support for nights when your brain won’t shut off and your body won’t settle.
Valerian and skullcap bring depth. Passionflower helps quiet mental loops. Tulsi softens stress response. Lavender rounds the edges.

HOW’S IT STEEP?
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water. Heat water to 200–210°F. Steep for 3–5 minutes.
Brews to a vivid blue cup with floral top notes and a grounding herbal base.

ICED TEA & COLD STEEPING
For iced tea: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz hot water for 3–5 minutes. Pour over ice.
For cold steep: Add ½ ounce of tea (about 4 tablespoons) per 64 ounces of cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours.
Cold steeping softens the valerian edge and highlights the floral lavender notes.
