HOW’S IT STEEP?
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water. Heat water to 200°F. Steep for 3–4 minutes.
Brews to a clear amber cup with a fragrant floral aroma and clean, malty finish.
Avoid over-steeping to preserve its lighter body and refined structure.

ICED TEA & COLD STEEPING
For iced tea: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz hot water for 3–4 minutes. Pour over ice.
For cold steep: Add ½ ounce of tea (about 4 tablespoons) per 64 ounces of cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours.
Cold steeping highlights the tea’s floral notes and smooth texture while softening tannins.
