HOW’S IT STEEP?
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water. Heat water to 210–212°F. Steep for 3–5 minutes.
Brews to a vibrant blue cup that transforms to purple with citrus.

ICED TEA & COLOR SHIFT
For iced tea: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz hot water for 3–5 minutes. Pour over ice.
Add lemon or lime to activate the color shift.
For cold steep: Add ½ ounce of tea (about 4 tablespoons) per 64 ounces of cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours.
Cold steeping highlights rooibos sweetness and softens the mint.
